The intention of this contribution is to investigate and to read, from a pedagogical point of view, the different roles and caring practices enacted everyday by adults (women and men), both in the public and private sphere. This analysis shows how gender education and lifelong learning – from the first ages of life – are essential to focus and to facilitate a better role and task adherence (in adults and children) both in relation to the meaning that they really have in everyone’s life (and therefore to personal self-realization) and to individual and social empowerment.
