Abstract

Abstract The contribution aims to dwell on the concepts of uncertainty, disorientation and stumbling blocks from a pedagogical and transformative point of view. Bewilderment and disorientation are positions investigated as necessary for the development of one’s own existential trajectory during an historical phase marked by uncertainties, fragility and subversion of the order of things. Being in uncertainty, crossing and overcoming the obstacles and stopping on disorientation becomes a possibility of self-discovery and encourages the emergence of an orientation and existential design phase. How does the formator, the teacher, the educator act in front of these vulnerabilities of the subjects in training? To welcome, “be close to”, to use the educational relationship as a necessary tool and specific strategies attentive to the singularities, with an eye always directed to the enhancement of the potential of each one. Nobody excluded.
