This contribution evaluates the problem of education from a performativity gender analysis developed by the American philosopher Judith Butler, within the line of post-structuralist and postmodern thought. This original approach to gender allows us to reveal both the conditioning of a patriarchal thought still strongly diffused and the negative drifts of a presumed universal neutral. Moreover it introduces several new generative concepts about a radical critique of inculturation processes, aiming to the developmentof non-violent (and inclusive) ethics towards differences and minorities. This approach represents an interesting contribution to the development of educational, ethical and political emancipation processes.
