Abstract

In the first part of the presentation, some of the author’s assessments on the
figure of the role and the function of the training supervisor are exposed as
predominantly found within the School of Specialization for Higher Education at the University of Ferrara during his long period activity. However in
the second part of the article, the contributions reported in this issue of the
Annals with which some supervisors of various courses and classes or SSIS
seek to highlight the most relevant aspects of their lived experience in this
context, are synthetically presented.
