Stemming from the need to combine teachers’ pedagogical-didactic and disciplinary competences, this paper presents the results of an experience aimed at creating a simplex teacher training model; this one has to be conceived as a possible operational guide to harmonize, through the declination in the didactic field of regulatory principles, the ontological identity of the disciplines and the emerging needs within the teaching-learning process.
