Il ruolo del tirocinio nella formazione dell'educatore

In this article you can find a short glance on the way the teaching plan of the apprenticeship (vocational training) has been developed in the course of Scienze dell’Educazione at the Ferrara University. Firstly we turned to better account the two values of the training (which is true part of the course for graduation), on the one hand as formative practice, absolutely necessary for educator’s job, on the other hand as a way to help every future educator to manage many different situations in many different contexts. Secondly we turned to account the deep matter of the training, which improves student’s capability to think, in order to learn, completely aware and able to criticize himself, first of all the necessary speed and automatisms, useful to spend in the job. Every educator having achieved, during the course, the basic technical and methodological know-how, we started to stimulate the students to be pro-active, we worked to make them focus their feelings, aims, motivations, vocations about the job. We tried as well to make them discover their own original sensitiveness for to be educators. A well established formative network supports this process and consists of participants coming from the university, from agencies, and organizations which can put up people for training, from students in training and future training people. We planned educational actions to push many skills through experiences workshops, methodological studies in depth and specific seminars about interculturalism, parenthood, integration, homophobia and many others.
